It builds atop a decade of global HR experience with Multi-National Corporations in Chemicals and Pharmaceutical industries. I began my HR career with Asian Paints Ltd in India. I have worked the majority of my HR career with Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG in Switzerland, my last position being Head HR Global Quality Functions at the time of leaving after a long and fruitful partnership in early 2020.

Across various stints spanning Business Partnering and Specialist practices (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development), I have partnered with diverse learders from across the globe (Europe, Asia, US) in challenging and transformative organizational journeys.
