About Me
I am passionate about supporting my clients in designing fulfilling paths and perspectives for their life and work. My work is a meeting ground of my lifelong fascination with the human experience, my skills, and a vision for greater fulfillment for people who seek it.
It is firmly grounded in my professional coach training and experience, which builds atop a decade of global HR experience with Multi-National Corporations in Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals industries.
I began my HR career with Asian Paints Ltd in India. I have worked the majority of my HR career with Novartis Pharmaceuticals AG in Switzerland, my last position being Head HR Global Quality Functions at the time of leaving after a long and fruitful partnership in early 2020.
Across various stints spanning Business Partnering and Specialist practices (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development), I have partnered with diverse leaders from across the globe (Europe, Asia, US) in challenging and transformative organizational journeys.
Over the last few years, I felt pulled towards new directions personally and professionally. The spirit of exploration led me, as is often the case, back to myself. This included diving deep into the world of Tarot, as well as stumbling into the Co-active Coach Training Program at CTI. It has been an intensely rewarding and meaningful experience walking through the transformation of my own path, and serving the transformation of my clients, in the backdrop of a transforming world over the last couple of years.
Besides work, I also enjoy good books, poetry writing, deep conversations and bright colours.
